  •  Computer Lab.
  •  Engineering Geology Lab.

In addition to these, the department has a well equipped Survey store.

Departmental Project:
The department of Civil Engineering is presently carrying out the following industrial projects:-

• Development of GIS based Decision Support System (DSS) for Earthquake Hazard Estimation and Seismic Microzonation of Guwahati City – funded by Department of Science and Technology (Govt. of India),
• Earthquake Vulnerability Study for Risk Assessment of Guwahati Urban Centre – funded by Department of Science and Technology (Govt. of India).

Students Project:

Every year a number of interesting project works are taken up by the students in their last two semesters, among which some of the fields in which the students generally carry out their project under the guidance of the faculty members are:-
• Design of Multistoried Building using AutoCAD,
• Environmental Engineering, Water Resource,
• Geotechnical Engineering( Soil Investigation),
• Highway Engineering, Design of Different Structure.

Library Facilities:

In addition to the main library of the college, the department has a library with reading room facilities. The department library consists of a number of Journals, Bulletins, Textbooks, References and IS Codes related to different areas of Civil Engineering. The library also stores sufficient number of project reports. Both students and faculty member avail the library facilities.
